In our rapid prototype Department, we make silicon moulds to get injection_like parts for many applications, such as Automotive parts, Toys, Technical parts, Accessories, Household equipment, Machine parts, Medical Equipment, Electronic equipments, etc…
We are the first rapid prototyping private center in Egypt, North Africa, and Arab World specialized in functional plastic prototype with vacuum casting technology.
Materials we use:
We use Polyurethan based materials “thermoset” which gives almost the same properties of the normal thermoplastics, such as ABS – PP – PA – HDPE – PC – PS – SAN – Rubber – Acrylic … and more
